curriculm vitae

Whilst studying Psychology / Sociology, I worked as an intern research assistant in the Metropolitan Police Forensic Science Laboratories for the Offender Profiling Research Unit, exploring the relationship between environments and human behaviour. After completing Social Work training, as a Probation Officer I became interested in photography through friends and later turned to it as another way of exploring and understanding the places in which we live.

Alongside my own work exploring constructed environments, I have developed a participatory arts practice and am commissioned to create pictures and use the tools of photography to work with communities, exploring the places where people live their lives, helping people to find a new relationship with the physical space that surrounds them.
